We are a high performing Year 7 to 13 Catholic Integrated school in Mt Albert, Auckland with a maximum roll of 750 girls. We are seeking a new Principal to commence in the 2019 school year.

Property Coordinator

Job Description
The role sits within the Administration Team and liaises with the Senior Leadership Team, Curriculum Leaders, other teachers and support staff of the school. This role is full time with associated benefits. This role will be responsible for:
• Maintenance of school facilities
• Manage various systems including fire, security, utilities
• Project management of maintenance and site developments
• Manage contractors and property related suppliers
• Assist in events and school activities.

To be successful in this roles you will:
• Be proficient in Microsoft suite – Outlook, Excel in particular
• Have financial understanding
• Self-starter, not afraid to get their hands dirty
• Be positive, enthusiastic and personable 
• Be flexible and willing to go beyond your job scope, as required
• Be an intuitive problem solver, constantly looking for  effective solutions.
